Welcome to Paramount Medical Training. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.

1 Services

Paramount Medical Training offers various medical training courses, including but not limited to First Aid Training and FREC3. All courses are taught by medical professionals with real-life experience.

2 Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking: To book a course, please contact us via email at info@paramountmedicaltraining.co.uk with your preferred dates. We will confirm availability and provide a booking form to finalize the details.
2.2 Payment: Invoices will be sent upon completion of the training. Payment terms are 30 days, and we accept payment via BACS.

3 Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by Client: Cancellations within 1 week of the course date will incur the full fee. Cancellations within 2 weeks will incur a 50% fee.
3.2 Cancellation by Paramount Medical Training: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4 Course Attendance

4.1 Venue: Training is typically delivered at the client’s workplace. If this is not feasible, alternative arrangements can be made.
4.2 Attendance: Participants are expected to attend the entire course. Certificates will be awarded upon successful completion.

5 Intellectual Property

All course materials provided by Paramount Medical Training are for personal use only. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of these materials is prohibited.

6 Limitation of Liability

Paramount Medical Training and its instructors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or materials.

7 Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8 Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Our experienced instructors are committed to teaching medical and first aid training. We offer classes either on-site, at a convenient location, or at our Southend-on-sea training centre. We are willing to travel to teach large groups.

We offer GP Surgeries & all Healthcare Professionals Basic Life Support Annual Updates. We Currently support over 50 GP and Dental Surgeries across the South East of England for more information contact us.
